Because of our exposure and grasp of such a broad range of technological and market trends, we have provided guidance to venture capitalists, we have briefed the CTO’s of various operating units of British Telecom, Omnitel and Vodafone on wireless topics, created venture funded companies, co-authored two wireless system patents and served as advisors to foreign governments on how to establish their own version of Silicon Valley. Two of our clients were acquired based on the product lines we conceived and developed for them. We understand the financial aspects of growing a company because we have successfully raised millions of dollars from both domestic and foreign investors for our clients, we have obtained financing through the EX-IM bank for multi-million dollar contracts, we have served as chief operating officers in venture funded companies and we have built financial models of wireless system deployments that employed the latest techniques in Monte Carlo simulation and sensitivity analysis.

Our business model is to serve as consultants and sales/marketing representatives for a select group of leading technology providers.
